    @Forbz1 I think you will find since the BOD has changed the TOV have pulled back as the people behind the share issues have now gone.(notice they left it open to re-lodge at a later time if need arises)
    ASIC are involved (as per TOV notes) GD left it till the last minute to put CDB into Admin(read the Australians article after the AGM meeting Darby called with Farquhar).
    From the last qtly CDB had no funds so possibly where trading insolvent??
    The major creditors will be the ex dir (see the dir pay out conditions for LIA and GD) It will be along the lines of what happened with PRW.
    IMO ASIC can't let this slide and the decision of GD to put CDB into admin the day before the meeting must be questionable??
    Now it's sit and wait for updates from the new BOD or the Administrator.
