    actually. 8 cents is very much like starting on zero, with all the risks significantly baked into the share price already.

    IMO, Fair value for this stock with current risk, should be 15 cents. Reasonable value for this stock, if the lease arbitration goes DNA way. Should be 30 cents.

    The only way is up for this stock.
