    if the arbitration goes DNA ways, depend on what's in the lease contract.. Holding a 50 years lease.. means it worth almost just as good as owning it....as for the lake, that's an easy fix.

    the article quote land price of up to $2000 USD per metres, most possibly Star Vegas land don't currently worth that much now. But the no man's land zone they are locate in is very very limited. Only 300m from the border to the immigration office.. Google map shows 1/4 of this scarce no man's land belong to Star Vegas... all indicating points to Poipet becoming a mini Las Vegas strip for Thai. This means the no man's land zone will potentially be worth much much more. a much higher premium than everywhere else in Poipet.. a casino built in this visa free zone is worth multiple others. Perhaps this strategic location is the reason why Star Vegas capture 1/2 the clientele in Poipet.
