    I think FBR as a company has scared the retail shareholders all on its own so I don't think Bob needs to help do this too.
    From reading what you have all read it looks to me if Bob is looking to get the s.p back to around 0.038 prior cap raise as he feels the raise was not valid as other alternative means to raise available, especially seeing the s.p crash to below 1 cent
    I dont see this as a bad thing, i just see FBR being accountable for any bad practice, so be it. If the s.p does go back to 0.038 off the back of this guy submitting his personal conclusion i doubt any of you would be complaining.
