Google the man , IMO a yank from Chicago , IP executive , salesperson. Maybe he sees an opportunity re IP access , by trying to get FBR borrow money against IP as security? Not sure if he even owns shares , but got a lot of HC posters to sign up , re 5% SH.Maybe I am wrong .
