Let's wait and see. It's all a bit messy. One thing the takeover panel, ASIC and EFDL might all agree on is to release a statement clarifying exactly where the takeover is at and extend the takeover offer to give shareholders reasonable time to consider the exact status of the takeover and make an informed decision on whether to accept the offer. These shares were trading at 25c a month ago. The board was advising shareholders not to accept the takeover offer then all of a sudden we are advised that EFDL are in a position to compulsory takeover the company!
