I think WGX takeover is likely to proceed even if their TOV delaying tactic is a bit childish. The timing is quite annoying too as this process will have costed FFR more than the break fee can cover

More importantly though, where are the assays?? Assay results have been pending for more than 8 weeks now (from the 31st Aug update). I know labs are slow these days, but surely 8 weeks for ANY assay result is a bit excessive. Geez, I wonder if the lab is associated with WGX...
