The only takeover here is by SIMEC, only it's being done by deception.
If the Takeover Panel even considers there is a case where 38% of shareholders vote's can't be considered eligible to vote in upcoming HAV meeting. Just because a multitude of like minded shareholders have joined together to express their common point of view as a group.
Then maybe every shareholder of a publicly listed company listed on the ASX. Should send a letter to their local Federal Member of Parliament demanding a Royal Commission into ASIC and the ASX for aiding and assisting the thuggish type behaviour with in Public Listed Company's.
