Is this saying that the Board believes that Bob Johnson is attempting a take-over?
And they've determined that he has gained control of 38.51% of the vote that they know of?
Reading between the lines would suggest that the online voting is already showing that the deal is lost. Only need another 11.5% to vote no and it's all over. I haven't voted yet. Hoping to hear from Chris but given this announcement he may be gagged or not speaking for legal reasons.
I wonder if Stewarts Legal firm got paid for the work involved in submitting this application?
