What did this latest fiasco with the Takeover Panel cost JRV shareholders?
Last month Pursell proposed JRV shareholders pay for the directors' personal legal fees for perceived slights to their egos.
This month they've wasted thousands of dollars more trying to prohibit JRV shareholders from exercising their right to vote at the upcoming AGM. Ha Ha!
This behaviour reeks of desperation--and an utter disregard for their shareholders' interests.
Why does JRV spends more time 'lawyering' than drilling?
This stuff has to end.
Can we demand that JRV directors pay these unwarranted and unnecessary legal bills themselves?
