No surprise this has happened as blind freddy can see that KBC Directors are doing anything they can think of to keep WAA from getting 50% ownership and management control of the company. I would expect First order of business once that is reached will be to remove the current Directors. Feel sorry for the long suffering minority KBC shareholders and i hope WAA persevere and get there in the end.

The Takeover Panel must be sick and tired of the non-stop applications. From my count this is now the 11th application this calendar year, after 3 earlier applications in 2019.

I am not a shareholder in either party, but I am cheering WAA on from the sidelines.
