The Takeover Panel must be sick and tired of the non-stop applications. From my count this is now the 11th application this calendar year, after 3 earlier applications in 2019.

I am not a shareholder in either party, but I am cheering WAA on from the sidelines.

Fascinated by what is going on with KBC. Held them for 10 yrs and took WAM offer. This is a non functioning company, chewing up what is left. It has cap of $14 million ,a mere pittance to be fighting over. Why was it not wound up and put everyone out of the misery of ever owning shares in it. There is obviously an agenda going on but it is a mystery to me. The value of the company would not even buy a decent house in Double Bay. What are the guardians of shareholders doing about it??
