Always have to show great caution as partys in this are very experienced , deep pockets and well advised. All have been very well advised on shareholders $ for years and know every angle to try and get a result or delay and also protect themselves and investments . Like with anything legal at the level these guys play at it is above normal common sense even if something seems obvious to all the backyard lawyers the assumptions and a ruling can bite you. . As I was told early in my career you can never rely on the people in white wigs and the fact you have had to go to them means you have not been able to communicate the futility of action to the other party and come to arrangements with them but sometimes you have to go there and get decisions to close it all down. . Even if all your paid for advice says you will win it is a gamble at every stage and a costly one in time and resources for all involved.

I would expect at some point partys will exhaust their ability to challenge and make claims and then business can progress depending on what information is presented in each case. Everyone has to understand that there is a big stake at risk here regarding further actions , prosecutions based on who is in control, what if any laws have been broken in regards to management now and in past etc and ultimately what has been done with shareholders funds and if shareholders were fully informed etc etc.

As outsiders it is very hard to comment as we don't see transcripts or internal going on now or in the past we just see what we are told by company and journalists small portions of happening.
