The cold and rainy days refer to storm clouds heading your way [lit] in the form of disunity within the BOD's and Shareholders in relation to the TO offer for Lepidico Ltd!

All pre - acceptances of the offer by LiT are down near 50% that a big $$ value loss.
Where their is disunity in the camp the share price just keep going down.

I would say @Roger63 has got it right!!

If you had a balance - or scales it would most likely look like this between the 2 Companies - Lit has more downside than up side I feel, just at the moment.

At one stage LIT was on my watch list while doing some DD on them over a few months. Well you know my sentiment on them by now. There is just going to be trouble in the camp for sure and is not a place to be investing my good investment dollars.
