Hello - @Rockkett I not a paid representative of LPD but am a Shareholder of Lepidico Ltd.

As to answer your question re my statement before the TOV Announcement -

1. I did not have any early notice on this Announcement.
2. Trouble coming for the BOD LiT ..... I am mainly referring to the facts as they stand today -
a - LiT share price has dropped near 50% since TO offer Announcement
b - The Pre-Acceptances are all down near 50% as well. See my previous posts on this
c - The Pre- acceptances missed out taking up their Rights Offer.
d - I feel there is there is FAR more upside with LPD - I would say that Lepidico is and has a better focus - good management
e - LPD has had a good response from Shareholder in relation to the CR.
NB - if those that jumped ship stayed and took up their rights - LPD may have had nearly 85% take up.
This is much better than LiT last CR - is it NOT!!

This TOV will bring out the conflicts and issues surrounding this TO - between the LIT BOD and Shareholders! It is not looking good!
