We are here to discuss our investment. Yes you are right LIT is the second largest shareholders of LPD. LIT attempted (wrong or right) to take over LPD not for L-Max, but creating one technology and processing hub. Unfortunately LPD share holders attacked LIT very emotional way, however if LIT SP going down, LPD will follow it. The processing and technology market is not large enough to accommodate two or more similar operating companies. Once again L-Max has not been proven Li process and has not been trial in actual plant environment.
