It’s quite interesting this is a win for River Capital. If they get to 45pc, the directors have to sell the 5pc acquired since the takeover was announced to River Capital. The question will be now that is all clear, does Tectonic buy more above the takeover price as the directors buying will make it easier for River to get to their 50pc.
