Not sure why anyone would be selling this news!
They (River) are left complaining that a company that they think has value is attracting investment!
"The applicant seeks an interim order that Mr Jarjoura, Mr Tilley, Mr Kolenc and
Tectonic Fund (and their associates) be restricted from acquiring any additional
Locality shares until a final determination by the sitting Panel (once appointed)."
Do they honestly think the 8c would fly? Why don't they revise the offer to an acceptable amount (25c) and be done with it?
