how can this be fair to the Australian citizens? Let alone the retail investors of Metallica. A foreign entity can come in, buy up majority shareholdings, sell the price down then lowball the rest of the shareholders for a project that is the only one of the two which actually has the future possibilities of getting dirt on a ship. I'm tired of this country giving away its commodities for nothing, especially when it's basically stolen from everyday Mum and Dad Australians.
