so just to be clear- you are saying a broker will take part in a cr placement and post the placement will cross trade with other brokers to suppress the sp so options do not get exercised and expire- and then the company will engage the same broker to do their next cr- obviously aware of their activities post the previous placement- but they go ahead and use the same broker that ripped them off
