Hi Aspear, not sure if any of this is relevant but the following are some thoughts I had of potential angles of attack.
worth asking mma management if there was any pressure from veritas or any funds to raise capital at that time.
worth looking into who was behind the sell volume which pushed the price down to 25c head of the raising.
high volume on the day mma announced their capital raising and came out ot trading halt. also prices never reached raising price which is unusual. Who was suddenly keen to buy as it appears they were waiting for the raising.
veritas having multiple accounts in top 20 secretly might be breaking some rules?
