You may get value from reading a little of the history of Tivan Limited (TVN) from when it was called TNG Ltd. There was a shareholder revolt led by Grant Wilson. He may be a worthwhile contact for you. I was a shareholder but sold out prior to that. Here is a link to a substantial shareholder notice that disclosed that they had reached the requisite 5% holding to demand an extraordinary meeting to put a spill motion against the board.
