Organising a raising doesnt implicate them. They should hold a relatively high benchmark for evidence before they turn on their broker. I also hold a high benchmark of evidence before I turn on them. From my quick scan of what you posted, the broker appears to hold numerous accounts in different names and some have sold since ipo. Without seeing who is the market mover at key times then it is hard to be certain. It appears that they dont agree with you. Careful, as someone else said, the cure shouldn't be worse than the disease.
