Now that it's before the takeovers panel, one would think that the ownership of Tormin holdings and its relationship to AU Mining might come under more vigorous scrutiny.
Surely no shareholder could accept that the board is essentially giving away control of MRC for around $7,000,000.
Sounds like a red-light special in the salmon market in Oslo.
