10.11.3 wasn't even mentioned, You have been completely wrong with your accusations for the past few months.
Do you know why MC actually cares when he has been busy selling his shares and not complying with his own disclosure obligations Au Mining might have been 1 day late with their notice, yet Mark has been 6 months behind with his obligations.
It will be interesting to see what happens, the capital raising period isn't open for very long and their is no panel to be set to determine the matter,
