So the sitting panel was in doubt, but the review is declined because why??
The read is very frustrating!
To me, I see some of the decisions to not review the mentioned incidents is because MRV is a listed ASX company, and knew the risks involved, indicating they did not comply with ASX rules. I kept jumping back to the start to verify what I was reading, so may have got confused.
