Do I correctly recall that a month or more ago Jason invited...

Do I correctly recall that a month or more ago Jason invited expressions of interest in a class action on the email address [email protected]? Several posters, myself included, indicated they had done so. If I have the sequence right, some time after that Jason sent out copies of his (most impressive) statement of claim and other information to those who responded. I'm no lawyer (Jason is I understand) but I'm wondering if his statement of claim could be a template for the basis of a class action. Perhaps this was his intention, I don't know.

I haven't heard anything further about it from Jason. Has anyone? Jason, if you're reading, are you able to report anything about how your action is going? Otherwise any other words of advice or encouragement will be welcome. Seems to me we are all keen to get some action happening but groping around in the dark at the moment.
