One of MRV's creditors has lodged a claim of an equitable interest in the Texas Silver Mine and lodged a caveat over the assets. I want to know who gets the money from any legal cases outstanding assuming the liquidator is still chasing those outstanding funds (i.e. AusIndustry rebate)?
