Unfortunately it appears that none of us have the spare time or character attributes to be a Lead Plaintiff.
As a major shareholder, I still wish for a case to be raised against Moreton Resources & Deloitte for their gross mishandling of the VA, and the negligence with informing shareholders & creditors of the VA proceedings, with (I believe) intent to hide critical information, so that a quick sale/takeover could be performed by Jadar Resources.
Again, there is so much more detail to be considered, as that is my brief opinion above.

Could we look at employing a Lead Plaintiff for us? I'm willing to incur costs. Anyone keen?

The downside is I know Shareholders come 3rd in the line of getting paid out in Shareholder rights.
