Geoform sounds very much like a director that has loaned money
to NME and hasn't yet converted that loan to equity, and with the
panel order of preventing NME issuing any shares without share holder
approval he is going to lose a heap of money.
A voice of desperation trying to salvage his position, like a rat caught
in a trap.
This is nothing more than crazed ranting of a panicked, desperate
investor or director. apart from, DYOR, you should only invest
what you can afford to lose, the operative word is, Afford.
