I think that, once they matched the Alludo bid and have said they may be able to increase past this if they have access to the due diligence that Alludo has, then they should get that access as it should be to the benefit of the shareholders.
As it stands currently Alludo has upped their bid to 2.15 with more knowledge straight after Potentia matched their bid at $2. If it stops there how is that of benefit to the shareholders when Potentia may go well above $2.15 if they get access to the data?
if they get access and pull out of the offer then Alludo wins at $2.15 and shareholders are no worse off.
