The market has been sending a message to both bidding parties as to what holders speculate/anticipate the direction the final winning bid might take (assuming it is finally taken-over).
Potentia have already obtained an excellent return on the holdings they initially acquired in Nitro last year. Good luck to them. In my opinion, if they accept the Alludo offer at the end of the day, they possibly also benefit financially from having "stirred the pot" ever since Alludo made their initial bid.
If they made a respectable bid above $2.15 (and I mean "Respectable"!), then I would hope that Potentia would get a more serious engagement from the Board. Is knocking on doors and complaining of being hard done by, really going to bring success? I can't say, but acting positively, rather than negatively, would be my Mantra.
