The declaration sought by the Company
MCT has not provided notice to Nex verifying the amount of Stage 1 Project Expenditure as defined in the farm in agreement.
A declaration that MCT has not acquired 51% interest in the tenements.....
So it's not a matter of MCT showing invoices as they are claiming. Nex is not saying they didn't spend the money required.
Their argument is that MCT did not follow the contractual legal requirements.
MCT have a recent history of not following legal requirements so it's probably true
