Initial time line that the Panel gave NME was 4 weeks. So if same logic can be applied, if MCT can take action quickly, I hope we can get this done relatively quickly. Also if MCT can give weekly updates it will help to manage SH's expectation for sure.

However, based on the NME's track records, I'm afraid but BOD of NME may not supportive enough in terms of providing internal information to delay replacement target statement process.

I hope that Panel can force something to NME BOD so they cannot delay the process but not sure what panel can do.

SP of CAV has almost touched their highest SP of 2020, I believe that MCT holds equal or more valuable (potential) land & deposit. It is very dissapointing that POG is up but we dont get any advantages. Hope all issues will be resolved in correct time..
