    re: Ann: TOV: North QLD Metals Limited 02 Pan... this is a difficult argument for NQM to justify in anyway, to argue that the HSK offer is in the best interest for the shareholders when clearly the directors have more to gain from a HSK/NQM marriage than a CQT/NQM one....


    this is now a battle between NQM directors and NQM shareholders
