Well it took Hayne giving ASIC a public bollocking to make them do their job, but this is an example that it appears to have worked. A mate and I were both angry on the preferential antics that had occurred, so let's see how this now plays out. Although it might be a short term loss for AOF shareholders, I see it as an overall big win for the market.
