It's simple, UCL - You made a low ball move to test how disgruntled MAK holders were with management. It didn't work! Holders are smarter than that!

Look, it's really not that complicated:
- You want Sandpiper, and Wonarah is just a big pile of red dust to you.

- The relationship seems to deteriorate by the minute.

- MAK knows that Sandpiper is the only chance in hell of them generating any cash flow in the foreseeable future (ie you know that MAK isn't going to go anywhere!)

- So please, either pay up, or shut up! Make a move now that ferts prices haven't followed the spike in grain prices yet. Make a move now that MAK's SP has hit rock bottom, while Wonarah is still "worthless", then do whatever you want to do with it!

- The independent valuation is out there. Sit down with your cashed up backers and make an offer close to the lower range of that independent valuation. MAK will have nothing to say against that. Seals has given you at least a couple of perfectly resonable options, just read his previous posts.

MAK holders are disgruntled, but not stupid.
