It's pretty crazy that this chain of events can be considered legal by the governing bodies that's existence is to protect minority holders in such situations.
I dread to think how it will be unlisted. I have no idea how minority shareholders are to feel comfortable privately, considering how poorly they can be treated "legally" (im still not sure this is all legal, surely it cant be right?) whilst a shareholder in a publicly listed entity.
