This is absolutely fantastic!!! We all knew that they were behaving extremely badly and that this last letter crossed the line... now these wonderful people have put that through legally (I don't pretend to know how their 'application' is processed / handled or the consequences of such)... but at a minimum at least this will now shine an official light on it!!
