Apart from the insolvency of the underwriters or any of the triggers disclosed in the prospectus occurring, there are no get out of jail free cards Fully Underwritten capital raisings do not come wIth get out of jail free cards. The market would not accept such nonsense.
If you think you know better, state your case clearly.
In a worst case scenario, if the whole capital raising collapsed then the funds raised would be returned.
