the only reason for the takeover panel action is that Garry doesnt have the numbers. This is the desperate actions of a desperate man. Of course another 249d can get called so Garry's action just drags this out until the next vote.
Any other CEO in the mkt would have stepped down with integrity rather than drag shareholders through the mud. By my calcluations the rebel shareholders would have above 30% so either way GC is fatally wounded. So its just a matter of time.
