Wow! This is more combative than a bikie tribal skirmish. It’s gloves off and slug it out, goolie punches, the lot.
Did get Glennon’s proxy mailer. My first thought was he is trying to pass this off as an official doco. Probably okay legally, but sneaky and deceptive. I do agree, it’s likely the 5% have breeched the 20%, and if so, they have no right in running a company. Just plain dumb. I’m glad I’m out, this is not looking good.
