The Panel has made final orders (Annexure A), the effect of which includes:
• 10,000,000 shares acquired by Mounts Bay Investments Pty Ltd and 12,901,234 shares
acquired by Syracuse Capital Pty Ltd, in contravention of s606, are to be vested in ASIC
to sell (using an investment bank or stock broker) and return the proceeds net of costs
to the owners.
I wonder who is this owners??
