A more advanced decision by the TO Panel over the coming days/weeks will help provide an objective exposition of Somers' ruthless corporate behavior and self interest in trying to ground this ship for their benefit. That should embolden further communication from the agitators to any unconvinced shareholders and hopefully get this over the line.
Patience will be rewarded here, IMO.
