On 4 June 2024, Mr Charara had proposed to his fellow directors that TRP delist from the ASX.
Mr Charara also submitted that he had not discussed any delisting proposal with the other requisitioning shareholders
The outgoing directors......are pleased with Mr Charara’s public confirmation that the Company will remain within ASX’s disclosure regime and governance principles.
They are claiming victory in defeat. I thank them for that.
Tony can restore trust by appointing highly qualified directors with pertinent skills tied to a clear strategy. Skills in taking drugs to market and commercialisingetc and not just investing.
