Just ran this past a mate of mine, this notice may have actually saved us from a potential hostile internal TO and privatisation which might now take the brakes off of the SP as they don't have the votes. So they will either get back to business or buy up aggressively on market and have another crack at it. Either way it's gonna get interesting and although it may be good for the SP short term, it's not ideal when there is division amongst the BoD. They should be focussing on running the company.
