This takeover has completely stuffed up 5gn . What is the point of doing it by screwing your own company. These egoistic board members have nothing to lose as they keep getting performance bonuses and cheaper shares by stuffing up shareholders and when run out of money come up with fancy excuses for CR.
Really pissed of with this incompetent management.
