Fairly significant oversite missed by the board.
A legally binding agreement should require both parties to formally agree to exit said agreement within the agreed time frame.
RMS have a fair gripe here.
Looks like this could potentially skuttle the Karora tie-up.
IMHO this is great news for WGX shareholders.
