takeovers aren't always easy
in the end it's the WGX holders have the final say , not the board
you asked what RMS are doing --RMS are attempting remove an impediment and also to clarify what they believe is an overly optimistic picture of tthe takeover of AUrora
and they can't lob a superior bid because they haven't lobbed any bid yet .....and if they don't like it may not .
RMS have walked away from deals ....no harm , no foul , SP rebounds ....BUT , how many times they been beaten in a takeover ???
And of all their takeovers .....maybe got it wrong only once .
Show some faith in management ....they've earned it !
