my perspective is a little different

yes .....little synergy .....yes to the other points about the Murchison ....and certainly VERY messy

but I've always seen WGX assets as underperforming and I think RMS mine management are capable of adding value + the benefit of scale

those two dudes discussing it in detail .....19min30 if you are interested .......the banker believes RMS actually have a strong case with TOV based on uncompetitive practices by WGX .......the complication (which I didn't know) was that the Aurora /WGX agreement was Canadadian based which may complicate jurisdiction though I imagine lawyers have looked at this already and given guidance .

I'm still backing this from what I know ......although where it all goes from here is very up in the air .
having said that ......while there are things we know .....and things that can be guessed at .....there's still a lot we don't know at this stage
